Developed and launched Illumi Toronto’s social media strategy, organically building Illumi’s Instagram following from zero to 16,000 in four months by creating highly engaging content, leveraging current trends and regularly engaging with our community.

Increased Woodbine Entertainment’s social media impressions by a total of 37 per cent year-over-year, averaging a total of 65 million impressions in 2019 by creating share- worthy and timely world-class digital content optimized for platform and audience.


Shortlisted for a 2020 Hashtag Sports award in the category of “Best Use of Instagram” for Woodbine Entertainment’s 2020 Queen’s Plate social media campaign.

Goal: Create a strong organic social media presence built on the foundation of best-in-class customer service, community management, and highly customized content to spread awareness and drive event ticket sales.

Result: Generated more than 72,700 ticket sales in seven months through Instagram alone.

Goal: Support agency teams by providing strategic community management for a suite of social channels, and online/virtual communities.

Example: Helped launch, create and curate content for an international jeweller's virtual bridal community, by sourcing third-party content and creating discussions and articles designed to inspire, facilitate discussion and encourage sharing. This aided in an increase of 5,000+ users over six months.
